If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for whatever reason simply return the item to us in accordance with our returns policy found at the bottom of our site and receive a full 100% refund.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason so long as the items are returned to us in accordance with our returns policy found at the bottom of the page.

There are no hidden fees, restocking fees, credit card fees associated with our returns policy, simply return the items to us to receive a full refund.

For items which are not as described, or sent by mistake or in any way not in accordance with your invoice we will provide a return shipping label for you to use.

Please ensure you package the items to protect them in transit. Please note goods must not be unsealed, set, scratched, chipped, fractured, weigh differently, damaged, or otherwise altered in any way. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods arrive in the stated condition and we accept no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit on return to us. For high value consignments we recommend insuring the items. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods do not comply with the above conditions.

how are Gemstones Measured and what do the Dimensions mean?

Please note product images are not to scale. All gemstone weights are presented in carats. There are 5 carats in a gram, 1000 grams in a kilo (Kg). All items are measured in millimetres (mm). 10 millimetres (mm) equals one centimetre (cm), and one centimetre is approximately 0.4 inches. A gemstone is measured first by the length or longest dimension then width and then depth.
